Hi Geoff this is a good reminder for me of what I learned in Solution Exchange.

One tool that I like is stories. Stories can be a useful way of capturing experiences. What I have found is that story telling is not only therapeutic for the listener but also the storyteller. On opinion, I always try to ask the question why. It tends to bring out some experience too.
