Mon experience dans la facilitation SALT

En préparation de la visite SALT des jeunes de RUTEGAMA et GIHETA,nous n' en avions pas l'idée des jeunes que nous allions faciliter.

Avec la formation pyschohumaine qu'ils ont suivi de 3jours les uns de ces jeunes disent que ils ne peuvent rien faire sans une aide finaciere quelconques qu'ils ont des projets deja a faire mais c'etait une facon de refuser .

Mais avec le debut de formation SALT  nous avons pu abordés ,partagés plusieurs themes avec ses jeunes comme (se connaitre,identifier les talents de chacun,formulation des reves,le dessin de leur commune respective,....)Par ces differents themes les jeunes ont commencé à avoir confiance en eux.

On recoit souvent des messages de ces jeunes qui nous montrent leur projet et demandent beaucoup a apprendre.

Il y en a ceux qui ont beneficie les formations(en agri-elevage et AGR )et d'autres qui vont suivre la formation en entrepreneuriat.

"Je ne savais pas comment et pourquoi on faisait l'epargne mais je l'ai appris avec la formation en AGR "dit un des jeunes qui a suivi la formation en AGR.

Je ne savais pas qu'on pouvait aider une communauté à avancer sans une aide financière quelconque mais pas contre mobiliser les fonds pour une amélioration de connaissances et de visite d'apprentisage s'avere plus efficaces pour developper leur talent ,leur reve et faire monter leur niveau de confiance en soie .

Some benefited from trainings (in agriculture-livestock and Income-Generating Activities, IGA) and others will follow an entrepreneurship training.

"I did not know the how and why of saving, but I learned it with the IGA training," says one of the young people who took the IGA training.

I did not know that we could help a community to move forward without some financial help, but mobilizing funds to give trainings and learning visits are more effective to develop their talent, their dreams and to raise their level of self-confidence.

That's what I learned from the SALT visit.
