Engagement of Mother's for the proper health of their children through SALT approach

Its one of the villages named Kuchia Kata under Bongaigaon District, Assam in which SALT intervention is on process. The picture shows a Mother documenting her dreams for the proper health and future of her child. It was of great extend to interact with the family and the mother through which the strength of her own capacity could be revealed. She is a mother who dreams for the proper health of her 5 month old baby girl so that she could have a good health which would result in achieving her goals . She also has dream's for her baby child to be self dependent and self confident so that she could be able of her own. In Assam, most of the villages were girl child's are born parents are concerned for their marriage as they enter to their adolescent stage. But this is a mother who wants her baby child to be a self dependent women and become ans IAS officer.

Through the SALT visit the strength which I noticed in the mother is of great extend. For me every mother should think for their baby child to be an successful person.
