আশিক ভাইয়ের শক্তি: মানুষের পাশে থাকার অনুপ্রেরণা || Ashik Bhai’s Strength: The Inspiration to Help Others

আমাদের ব্রেড টিমে নতুন যোগ দেওয়া আশিক ভাইয়ের সঙ্গে অফিসে সল্ট করলাম। সল্ট করতে গিয়ে বুঝলাম, তিনি শুধু নিজের ভালো থাকা নিয়ে ভাবেন না, আশেপাশের মানুষদের নিয়েও ভাবেন এবং সুযোগ পেলেই সাহায্যের হাত বাড়িয়ে দেন।

করোনা মহামারির সময়, যখন অনেক পরিবার দৈনন্দিন চাহিদা মেটাতে হিমশিম খাচ্ছিল, আশিক ভাই তখন বাবা মার মৃত্যু বার্ষিকের অর্থ দিয়ে নিজ উদ্যোগে কিছু পরিবারের পাশে দাঁড়িয়েছিলেন। এখনো বিশেষ দিনগুলোতে তিনি আশেপাশের মানুষদের নিয়ে ভালো কিছু করার চেষ্টা করেন, যেন সবাই একসঙ্গে ভালো থাকতে পারে।

এছাড়া, তিনি মাদক নিয়ে খুব চিন্তিত। দেখেছেন, কিভাবে তরুণরা এতে জড়িয়ে পড়ছে এবং ভবিষ্যৎ নষ্ট হচ্ছে। তাই তিনি শুধু ভাবেননি, ব্যবস্থা নেওয়ারও চেষ্টা করেছেন। প্রশাসনের সাহায্য নিয়ে তিনি মাদকের বিরুদ্ধে পদক্ষেপ নিয়েছেন, যেন তার এলাকার পরিবেশ ভালো থাকে।

শিশুদের খেলাধুলার জায়গা না থাকাও তাকে ভাবায়। তিনি চান, শিশুরা খেলতে পারুক, আনন্দ করুক। তাই স্কুলের মাঠ বড় করার জন্য স্কুল কর্তৃপক্ষের সঙ্গে কথা বলেছেন, যাতে বাচ্চারা খেলাধুলার সুযোগ পায়।

আশিক ভাই মনে করেন, ছোট ছোট উদ্যোগও সমাজে বড় পরিবর্তন আনতে পারে। তিনি আমাদের শিখিয়েছেন, যদি আমরা একে অপরের পাশে দাঁড়াই, তবে আমাদের চারপাশ আরও সুন্দর ও নিরাপদ হয়ে উঠবে।

Date: 16.03.2025 , I met Ashik Bhai, who recently joined our BRED team. After talking to him, I realised that he is someone who doesn’t just think about himself—he also cares for others and always tries to help whenever he can.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, when many families were struggling to buy food and daily necessities, Ashik Bhai used the money from his parents’ death anniversary to support some of them. Even now, on special days, he tries to do something good for the people around him so that everyone can be happy together.
He is also very worried about the problem of drugs in the community. He has seen how drugs are ruining the future of young boys and girls. But he didn’t just sit and think about it—he took action with the help of the local authorities to make the community safer and help young people stay on the right path.
Another thing that bothers him is that children don’t have a proper playground. In his area, there is no open field where kids can play freely. So, he spoke to the school administration about expanding the school playground so that children can grow up happily while playing.
The biggest strength of Ashik Bhai is his kindness, sense of responsibility, and willingness to take action. He believes that even small efforts can bring big changes. If we all stand by each other like he does, our community will become a better and safer place for everyone.
