I like the SA, for the practices well spelt out. Also, the chosen practices are the relevant ones, at a personal level.
accordingly, I will fill it and share, though me and Feroza have not gone out for the past three days, when all my meetings became virtual ones.
I like the fact sheets added at the end, as it not only provides the rationale for the SA on COVID-19, but also gives the lessons learnt from past epidemic experience.

A very nice idea. I did the translation to Spanish and I sent it to some friends and family. I've already had some answers.
