As yet another round of the calendar comes it is yet another special moment and reminder to all that 7th May 2011 is Word AIDS Orphans Day, a grassroots campaign to draw attention to and advocate on behalf of the more than 16 million children orphaned by AIDS. World AIDS Orphans Day was founded in 2002 by FXB International.

The Legacy Explorers humbly joint the honourable initiative in the most humble manner and voiced our voice, tabled our commitment and appeal to all on behalf of…

It was indeed a great experience for me. landing on Mizoram is landing on the pool of ACP. people there were amazing, we enjoyed being a citizen for short period yet worthy of time, the untiring volunteers, the teams, the blood donations.

moreover, the echoing children and family members of Prabarkar, Bheri and Bobby, which indeed is chalenging from their part as wel as the family part. when they have time for the people in the world, they dont have time for thier family, when others'… Continue

Welcome to the youth competence group! How can we motivate youth to respond to their issues? I am very happy that you are in touch. We have formed a Northeast facilitation team? We meet over skype. Would you like to join us?

Dear Irang,

A warm welcome to you on Ning. Very touching sharing on the Mizoram workshop. I am touched by the way you had valued the contribution of every person there and who were not there but still contributing and also including me the list. Thanks a lot. I was sharing about you here especially your dailouge "I want to go to my community now" that was amazing in many places trainings and workshops are conducted but very few people put those learning in action. Your thirst for acting immediately inspires and strengthens me. I always beleive that I can't learn many things but I try to practice at least one thing I have learnt this has helped me in my life. I completely agree with you I also felt that I was a part of the community in Mizoram, well accepted and never made to feel as a stranger or an outsider. The photographs are wonderful. Thanks for taking me once again to Mizoram and back.

Keep in touch, with warm regards,

Prabakar

Dear Irangbui,

Welcome to Aidscompetence!

We hope you will enjoy the opportunity to communicate with colleagues and friends in all parts of the world.

Please take some time to walk through this virtual Constellation home.
You will find many opportunities for connecting, sharing and learning.

Connecting: Under the Tab with Members you find people to connect or to reconnect with directly, on their personal pages. The search function will certainly be of help! We encourage you to make your own page your personal ‘home’ which allows for a conversation from human to human - online.

Sharing Experiences: In the blogs we are sharing our experiences with local responses and the competence process. These experiences and stories donot require a discussion or exchange, but comments are welcome! Some stories in the blog link directly to our knowledge asset (see tab knowledge asset).I am sure your experience will be useful to others!

Learning Together: Our Forum is the place where we learn together. If you want to discuss an element of the Competence process, or other issues related to local responses, please contribute to the forum.

Again, we are very happy to have your voice on Aids Competence and look forward to your contributions.
You will find some suggestions and rules of play under the ‘help’ tab.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance. If you have want support for writing your blog, contact Laurence Gilliot.
