I work as a facilitator with SSDC, Sundarbans, India. I tried the SALT approach with my cricket team. I am the captain of a cricket team formed by a group of friends in my village. We work during the week and meet on Sunday nights to practise cricket. Recently our cricket team was participating in a local tournament and lost a crucial semi-final match.
