About Me:

I am an M&E person to bring out the Project Relevance, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Impact and Sustainability regarding #PMEL of a Project or Program related Emergency and Development mainstreaming context. I have more than 12 years of experiences in NGOs, INGOs, #Collaborative_partners, #Advocacy Initiatives. Currently, I am working as a Partnership and Monitoring Officer for Christian Aid Bangladesh in Civic Space Project.

My expertise and skills include program #MEAL_System development & management, resource mobilization, advocacy, #networking and working through a consortium approach. I am always been a professional programmatic person in the #emergency_context, #PMEL, #Research and #M&E responsible person to work in the development sector with dynamic personality, working with partners, donors, and preparing various project proposal, preparing the resources materials on Covid-19, Protection, Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Initiatives, Nutrition governance, MHM, SRHR, Maternal Health, working experience in the largest refugee camps in the world and migration program of Emergency Response, multi-stakeholders and multi-cultural context in Bangladesh, preparing the Project Notes, demonstrating the team building and leading various sector of Protection, DRR, WASH, SLTS, CLTS, CATS, Movement in Bangladesh related to the advocacy initiatives, Designing Projects and having Project Management Skills, leadership capabilities in team, understanding of development program approach in Multi-cultural context.

• Writing project concepts notes, analytical writing of Project Proposals, Research and Data Management.
