Paroisses protestantes en Belgique

En 2015 j'ai proposé à une paroisse protestante de les accompagner dans l'élaboration d'un projet d'église en utilisant l'approche SALT.
Nous avons fait tout le processus au cours d'un WE avec un groupe de 5-8 personnes, et le tout a été présenté à une majorité des paroissiens et sympathisants qui nous ont rejoints pour la célébration du dimanche matin.
La paroisse a commencé à mettre en œuvre leurs actions mais tout s'est essoufflé suite à un accident, une grave maladie, etc.…

Quels sont les éléments qui définissent une communauté qui pourrait être accompagnée par une approche SALT?
Y a-t-il des critères préalables au sein d'une communauté pour qu'un accompagnement SALT soit efficace?
Mes premières réflexions (et un peu de recherche) sont qu'une communauté est un groupe de personnes (« cum ») qui partagent…
