OK, take care. I hope you get well soon. On the Guyana group, I posted the final version of the 'Knowledge Asset' with the stories and common principles. Also find the elements of a good story. Story telling turns out to be critical also for companies and donors. How can we share our progress. Korey posted these in the group you'll see.
I was very ill and couldn't speak well sorry I couldn't finish But I am in the process of catching up on what I missed especially the Success Stories I am really interested in that.
Of Course I was able to change at least the way I operate at the Business Coalition.
The Self Awareness is a wonderful experience that I share with Peer Educators whenever we do refresher programmes.
Thanks to You and USA.
Take Care and I will be in touch. ( Still recovering from the Terrible terrible FLU )
Hi Carlotta. Great to see you here. It was a pity you couldn't join the entire event, but we enjoyed your participation much. How is the work going with the business coalition? Did you change some things in your existing work? And are you still enthusiastic to go through the Blended Learning with the team?
Also join the Guyana group under 'groups' on this platform. There we can discuss further.
The Guyana Business Coalition on HIV and AIDS conducted their self assessment on Friday 5th January. The process allowed the Staff and Chairperson of the Board to assess the Coalition inclusive of Member Companies. As a result of the Assessment Process, the Secretariat has now decided that Self Assessment will be added to the training of New Peer Educators and Focal Point Persons.
Management has seen the importance of having persons acknowledge where they are at and the tool is so perfect to guide our actions for the future.
Nice to see that you have joined us here. Welcome to the family! I hope your colleagues in the coalition will also join us so that we can learn and share together as well. The more the merrier!
