Faciliter la première partie du cycle « Qui sommes-nous ? » avec un tableau et des post-it
BelCompetence met d’emblée les participants à ses formations dans l’ambiance : participants et facilitateurs partagent les circonstances et les motivations qui les ont réunis. Une première activité qui crée des liens chaleureux.
Chacun reçoit 4 post-it de couleurs différentes pour répondre à 4 questions :
* son nom
* comment il ou elle est arrivé(e) ici
* ce qui l’a décidé(e) à s’inscrire
* et ses attentes
Chacun partage ensuite ce qu’il ou elle a rédigé et colle ses post-it sur le tableau.
Et en fin de formation, nous relisons nos attentes du premier jour et nous concluons…
* Qu’en est-il de nos attentes ?
Voici quelques conclusions des participants à la formation de septembre 2016 :
« Prête à mettre l’approche en place partout dans mon travail (ne plus se considérer comme experte) et aussi à l’appliquer à moi-même. »
« Satisfaite par le concret de l’approche et par les témoignages qui ouvrent des possibilités pour la suite. »
« J’ai appris qu’un minimum de structuration est nécessaire, qu’il est impossible de ne se fier qu’à l’intuition… »
« Rencontres de personnes dont la sensibilité et les intérêts sont communs. Pistes pour devenir acteur de changement. »

Translation:

BelCompetence immediately puts the training participants in the mood: participants and facilitators share the circumstances and motivations that brought them together. A first activity that creates warm connections.
Each participant receives 4 post-it notes of different colours and is invited to answer to 4 questions:

* expectations
Everyone then shares what he or she wrote and stick the post-it on the board.
And at the end of training, we re-read our expectations of the first day and we conclude...
Here are some conclusions of the participants of the September 2016 training:
"Ready to put the approach in place everywhere in my work (without considering myself as an expert) and also to apply it to myself."
"Satisfied by the concrete approach and the testimonies that create opportunities for the future."
"I learned that a minimum of structure is needed, it is impossible to rely only on intuition..."
"Meeting like-minded people was great. On tracks to become an actor of change!"
