AILES is currently benefiting from support from PILS to have Peer Educators to contribute to AILES'dream. AILES has eleven Peer Educators and wants the best effort from them and impact in the community with respect to community mobilization especially behavior change of people.
Based on its experience with SALT, AILES feels that inculcating the spirit of SALT with Peer Educators will make a difference with their attitude and work. Constellation was invited to support this initiative of AILES. Seven of the eleven Peer Educators were present on the first engagement. The first session was intended to be for two hours and the group will decide on the way forward after this initial stimulation with SALT.
