Quatrième étape: l'autoévaluation
Etape facile et rapide dans les conditions fictives où nous travaillons. Sur le terrain, le caractère souvent hétérogène des communautés rend le processus difficile et long. Important d’avoir l’avis de tous, principalement de ceux qui sont le plus proche du terrain. Nous travaillons 20 min dans nos groupes. Ensuite chaque groupe présente ses résultats en plénière.

Quick and easy step in the fictitious conditions in which we work for the training. In reality, communities are often heterogeneous which makes the self-assessment a difficult and long process. It is important to have the opinion of all, especially of community members. We work 20 min in groups. Then each group presents its reflexions to the plenary.
