Hi Jan Somers.  It's the Stairs Diagram.  After the team did their self-assessment and the River Diagram, they did the Stairs Diagram which helped them see more clearly who could learn more from whom among the team members on each practice (of their self-assessment framework).  The diagram is quite useful for promoting learning and sharing in the team.
