People from many villages on Saparua island gathered on Wednesday, the 21st of February 2018, in the Baileo of Haria. The baileo is the traditional place in each Moluccan village where family and community representatives gather for joint decisions and actions. People came together to address a huge current problem: waste coming to the island from own consumption and from the surrounding sea.
