Hey Jan...

The group - focussed on integrating HIV Competence with their existing work of capacity-building and advocacy for older persons in Uganda - is building a self-assessment framework based on practices extracted from their Dream.  In the picture, they're "experimenting" with writing the definitions to describe the levels for each practise.
