Most team members knew each other well. Others had come in afresh from other villages, and they took to the exercise of sharing about themselves and each other enthusiastically. As they talked animatedly, while the partner listened, there was much laughter as well as silence in the room. In the sharing, we asked them to introduce their partner based on the strengths they had observed. This is always a moving part of the sharing as the mood shifts towards more contemplation and insight. The team looked at each other with fresh eyes and within a short while we knew each other so much more.
