Mr Haulai, a retired head master from Movlum village in Nagaland was among the participants for Mizoram ACP event. He was carrying a video camera and even made a movie of the three-day event. He is a big ACP enthusiast working with Fr Joe. He shared that before ACP there was a lot of discrimination against PLHIV. Our attitude has gone a sea change after ACP. He is leading ACP from the front in his village .
