Animation: la boule d'énergie
Au jardin, Julie nous met en cercle. Elle tient dans ses mains une boule d’énergie que chacun imagine à sa façon (boule d’ouate, balle de pingpong, ballon de football, boule de musculation…), lance à qui il veut et de la façon qu’il choisit.

Translation:
In the garden, Julie asks us to stand in a circle. She is holding a ball of energy that everyone imagines as they wish (cotton ball, pingpong ball, soccer ball, fitness ball ...), she throws it to whom she wishes, the way she likes.
