Huitième étape: qu’avons-nous à partager et comment ?
Nous constituons 4 nouveaux groupes où chacun raconte une histoire de changement à laquelle il a personnellement participé. Après quelques min de réflexion, le premier qui est prêt raconte son histoire en 2 à 3 min max. Les autres enchainent, parfois inspirés par la première histoire… L’ambiance est bonne et chacun peut s’exprimer facilement. Chaque groupe rédige un tableau avec le titre et la morale de chaque histoire. Retour en plénière où chaque groupe présente son travail. Nous avons la chance d’entendre quelques histoires dont les titres nous ont interpellés. Histoires parfois bien émouvantes.

Participants set up in four groups of four. After a few minutes of reflection, the first person to be ready tells a story of change in which he or she was personally involved. Each story must take maximum 2 to 3 minutes. Others follow one after the other, sometimes inspired by the first story... The atmosphere is good, and everyone shares easily. Each group prepares a chart with the title and the moral of each story. Back in plenary, each group presents its work. We have had the chance to hear some of the stories whose title grabbed our attention; some of these were very moving.
