In August 2016, Pouba Esso and Autry Haynes introduced the approach to the Lacaz A shelter. Participants wished to share it with volunteers of the three other different components of the NGO called Group A which activities are devoted to the local prevention of drug abuse, to detoxification and rehabilitation of users, to AIDS prevention and to family support.
