Etoile d'Espérance
Etoile d'Espérance is a rehabilitation center for women overcoming a dependence on alcohol. SALT is being used to engage staff on its organizational strengthening plans. Over two days in May 2015, the staff using SALT created an organization vision, mission and identify five practices that they will be engaged with, to achieve the dream for a sustained rehabilitation and re-integration of women with alcohol problems but also a strategic and impacting prevention programme. In June 2015, they defined SMART actions for the next months.
