St Joseph’s Care and Support Trust operates in the Metsweding District, one of the most impoverished areas in Southern Africa and one beset by the challenges of poverty, unemployment and HIV and AIDS. From humble beginnings in 1999, the Trust model has developed into a holistic care approach. Inspirational yet, stimulating stories of change drawn from experience of Communities responding to the issue of AIDS illuminate their strengths for response.
