Relationship, Acceptance and New Perception in the joy of Eid 🎉

March 21st was the religious festival of Eid in Bangladesh. This year's Eid was really a little different for me. Like every year, I prayed Eid prayers, hugged everyone, and exchanged greetings. But this time, it seemed that not only the joy of the festival, but also some other feelings were working inside.
What I felt the most was the sincerity and acceptance I received from the people of the community. Through the SALT process, a kind of family relationship has been created with the people of this community, like a 'SALT family'. It seemed that they saw me not just as a workman, but as one of their own. On Eid day, many people invited me, inquired about me, and sat me down to talk, which was not available in previous years. I liked these things very much.

Especially on the afternoon of Eid, I had the opportunity to meet a few families. Spending time with them, sitting together and talking, sharing Eid food, talking to all the family, there was a different feeling working in all of these. After meeting, it seemed that these relationships were not just built through work, but a kind of trust, love and human connection was created.

To be honest, their sincerity touched me from the inside. It seemed that this relationship and connection with people is actually the greatest strength.
While working with the SALT process, I am always learning how to understand people more deeply. It has taught me to understand the power, potential and value of people in the community. I felt that more and more this Eid.
Spending time with friends this time was also different. It was not just about having fun or hanging out, but also an opportunity to listen to each other, share feelings and feel the relationship more closely.
I felt that I had developed more patience, understanding and connection towards people. Overall, the sincerity and acceptance of the people in the entire community this Eid touched me a lot. There was a feeling of being one of them in the love, invitation and spending time together of everyone in the SALT family. This feeling inspired me to think and work more positively.

শিরোনামঃ ঈদের আনন্দে সম্পর্ক, গ্রহণযোগ্যতা ও নতুন উপলব্ধি

২১ শে মার্চ ছিল বাংলাদেশের ধর্মীয় উৎব ঈদ। এইবারের ঈদটা আমার কাছে সত্যিই একটু অন্যরকম ছিল। প্রতি বছরের মতো ঈদের নামাজ পড়েছি, সবার সঙ্গে কোলাকুলি করেছি, শুভেচ্ছা বিনিময় করেছি। কিন্তু এইবার মনে হয়েছে, শুধু উৎসবের আনন্দ না, ভেতরে ভেতরে আরও কিছু অনুভূতি কাজ করছিল।
সবচেয়ে বেশি যেটা অনুভব করেছি, সেটা হলো কমিউনিটির মানুষের কাছ থেকে পাওয়া আন্তরিকতা আর গ্রহণযোগ্যতা। SALT প্রক্রিয়ার মাধ্যমে এই কমিউনিটির মানুষের সঙ্গে এক ধরনের পারিবারিক সম্পর্ক তৈরি হয়েছে, যেন একটি ‘সল্ট পরিবার’। মনে হয়েছে, তারা আমাকে শুধু একজন কাজের মানুষ হিসেবে না, বরং নিজের একজন মানুষ হিসেবেই দেখছেন। ঈদের দিন অনেকেই দাওয়াত দিয়েছেন, খোঁজ নিয়েছেন, পাশে বসিয়ে গল্প করেছেন যা বিগত বছরগুলোতে পাওয়া হয়নি। এই বিষয়গুলো আমার কাছে অনেক ভালো লেগেছে।

বিশেষ করে ঈদের বিকেলে কয়েকটি পরিবারের সঙ্গে দেখা করার সুযোগ হয়েছিল। তাদের সঙ্গে সময় কাটানো, একসঙ্গে বসে গল্প করা, ঈদের খাবার ভাগাভাগি করা, পরিবারের সবার সঙ্গে কথা বলা, এসবের মধ্যে এক ধরনের আলাদা অনুভূতি কাজ করছিল। দেখা করার পর মনে হচ্ছিল, এই সম্পর্কগুলো শুধু কাজের মাধ্যমে তৈরি হয়নি, এর মধ্যে এক ধরনের বিশ্বাস, ভালোবাসা আর মানবিক সংযোগ তৈরি হয়েছে।

সত্যি বলতে, তাদের এই আন্তরিকতা আমাকে ভেতর থেকে ছুঁয়ে গেছে। মনে হচ্ছিল, মানুষের সঙ্গে এই সম্পর্ক আর সংযোগই আসলে সবচেয়ে বড় শক্তি।
SALT প্রক্রিয়ার সঙ্গে কাজ করতে করতে আমি সবসময় শিখছি কীভাবে মানুষকে আরও গভীরভাবে উপলব্ধি করতে হয়। কমিউনিটির মানুষের শক্তি, সম্ভাবনা আর সম্পর্কের মূল্যও বুঝতে শিখিয়েছে। এবারের ঈদে সেই বিষয়টা যেন আরও বেশি করে অনুভব করেছি।
বন্ধুদের সঙ্গেও এইবার সময় কাটানোটা ভিন্ন ছিল। শুধু আনন্দ করা বা ঘুরে বেড়ানো নয়, বরং একে অপরের কথা শোনা, অনুভূতি ভাগ করে নেওয়া এবং সম্পর্ককে আরও কাছ থেকে অনুভব করার একটা সুযোগ ছিল।
মনে হয়েছে, নিজের ভেতরে ধৈর্য, বোঝাপড়া আর মানুষের প্রতি আরও বেশি সংযোগ তৈরি হয়েছে। সব মিলিয়ে এবারের ঈদে পুরো কমিউনিটির মানুষের আন্তরিকতা আর গ্রহণযোগ্যতা আমাকে অনেক বেশি ছুঁয়ে গেছে। সল্ট পরিবারের সবার ভালোবাসা, দাওয়াত আর একসঙ্গে সময় কাটানোর মধ্যে এমন একটা অনুভূতি ছিল, যেন আমি তাদেরই একজন। এই অনুভূতিটাই আমাকে আরও ইতিবাচকভাবে ভাবতে এবং কাজ করতে অনুপ্রাণিত করেছে।
