"গাংগুলিয়া আদর্শ বালিকা বিদ্যালয় " আমার নিজ গ্রামের একটা প্রতিষ্ঠান। ধর্মীয় গোড়ামিতে আটকিয়ে ছিলো আমাদের গ্রামের এই প্রতিষ্ঠান টি। আমি ওই স্কুলের একজন শিক্ষক এর সাথে Masculinity SALT করি। এবং ওই স্কুলের ছাত্রীদের সাথে ও ইনডিভিজুয়াল SALT করি। তাতে জানতে পারলাম ওই স্কুলে কোনো খেলাধুলা, অথবা অন্য কোনো বিনোদনের ব্যাবস্তা ছিলো না। তখন ওখান কার কয়েকজন শিক্ষক, কয়েকজন শিক্ষার্থী এবং কয়েকজন অভিভাবক এর সঙ্গে SALT করি। তারপর সবাইকে নিয়ে একসাথে বসে গ্রুপ SALT করি। তারা সবাই বলে বিনোদনের প্রয়োজন আছে। তখন জানতে চাইলাম তাহলে হয় না কেন? বললো ধর্মীয় নিষেধ এর জন্য। আমি তখন বললাম মাদ্রাসা গুলো কি ধর্ম মানে না? বললো মানে। আমি বললাম তাহলে তারা খেলাধুলা সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠান করে, তাদের ধর্মে নিষেধ নেই?
তারা কি ধর্ম? আপনাদের কি ধর্ম? বলে তারা পর্দা এবং শালিনতা বজায় রেখে সবকিছুই করে। তখন বললাম বালিকা বিদ্যালয়ের মেয়েরা কি তাহলে পারবে না? তখন সবাই বলে হা পারবে। তারাও সবকিছুই করবে। তখন অভিভাবক শিক্ষক এবং শিক্ষার্থীরা মিলে সিদ্ধান্ত নেয় তারা খেলাধুলা এবং সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠানের আয়োজন করবে। সেই অনুযায়ী সবাই চান্দা জমা করে এবং আয়োজন করে। এখন থেকে তারাও নিয়মিত খেলাধুলা এবং সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠান করবে।
আমার নিজ গ্রামের একটা SALT রিফ্লেকশন তুলে ধরলাম। সাজিয়ে গুছিয়ে লিখতে পারিনি। কষ্ট করে পড়ার জন্য সবাইকে ধন্যবাদ।

"Gangulia Adarsh ​​Balika Vidyalaya" is an institution in my village. This institution in our village was surrounded by religious fanaticism. I did Masculinity SALT with a teacher of that school. And I also did individual SALT with the students of that school. I found out that there was no sports or any other entertainment arrangement in that school. Then I did SALT with some teachers, some students and some parents there. Then I sat down with everyone and did group SALT. They all said that there is a need for entertainment. Then I asked why it is not possible? They said it is because of religious prohibition. I then said that madrasas do not follow religion? They said yes. I said that they do not follow religion and do not have any religious prohibition?

What religion are they? What is your religion? They do everything by maintaining modesty and modesty. Then I asked, can't girls from girls' schools do it? Then everyone said yes, they can. They will do everything. Then the parents, teachers and students decided together that they would organize sports and cultural programs. Accordingly, everyone collected donations and organized them. From now on, they will also organize sports and cultural programs regularly.
