নিজের ভেতরের আলো খুঁজে পাওয়ার পথ/The way to find your inner light

আমার জীবনে এমন একটা সময় ছিল যখন আমি নিজেকে চারপাশ থেকে আলাদা মনে করতাম। সম্পর্ক থেকে দূরে ছিলাম,মানুষের সঙ্গে মিশতে বা কথা বলতে পারতাম না। একটা অদৃশ্য দেয়াল যেন আমাকে আটকে রেখেছিল। নিজের ভেতরের শক্তিকে চিনতে পারিনি,চিনতেও পারিনি কেউ।তখনই আমি SALT পদ্ধতির সঙ্গে পরিচিত হই।SALT আমাকে যে সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ শিক্ষা দিয়েছে তা হলো—প্রতিটি মানুষের মধ্যে একটি আলোকচ্ছটা থাকে যা হয়তো তারা নিজেরাও টের পান না।SALT সেই আলোকে খুঁজে বের করতে সাহায্য করে।এটি আমাকে শিখিয়েছে কীভাবে মানুষকে মন দিয়ে শুনতে হয়,কীভাবে গল্পের ভেতর লুকিয়ে থাকা সংগ্রাম,শক্তি,স্বপ্ন আর সম্ভাবনাকে আবিষ্কার করতে হয়।SALT-এর মাধ্যমে আমি প্রথমবারের মতো বুঝতে পারি,আমি শুধু শ্রোতা নই, আমিও একজন গল্পের মানুষ।আমারও আছে নিজের মতো সংগ্রাম,নিজের মতো স্বপ্ন।আমার ভেতরেও আছে সেই “আমি পারি” বলার সাহস—যেটা এতদিন ঘুমিয়ে ছিল।এই পদ্ধতি শুধু আমাকে সহানুভূতিশীল করে তোলেনি বরং আমাকে আবার নতুনভাবে নিজের সঙ্গে পরিচয় করিয়ে দিয়েছে।এখন আমি বুঝি, সম্পর্ক মানে শুধু কথোপকথন নয়—এটা শ্রদ্ধা, বিশ্বাস আর একসাথে পথ চলার নাম।SALT আমাকে শিখিয়েছে,অগ্রগতি একা সম্ভব নয়—সেটা আসে সমষ্টিগত বিশ্বাস ও সহযোগিতার মাধ্যমে।

এটাই SALT থেকে পাওয়া আমার জীবনের সবচেয়ে বড় শিক্ষা।

The Path to Discovering My Inner Light

There was a time in my life when I felt detached from everything around me.I was distant from relationships and couldn’t connect or communicate with people.It felt like an invisible wall was holding me back.I couldn’t recognize my own inner strength—and neither could anyone else.That’s when I was introduced to the SALT approach.The most important lesson I’ve learned from SALT is this:every person holds a spark of light within them,though they may not always realize it themselves.SALT helps uncover that hidden light.It taught me how to listen deeply to others, how to discover the struggles,strengths, dreams and possibilities woven within their stories.Through SALT,I realized for the first time that I’m not just a listener—I,too,am a person of stories.I have my own battles,my own dreams.I,too,carry the courage to say,“I can”—a courage that had been dormant within me for so long.This approach hasn’t just made me more empathetic;it has helped me reconnect with myself in a new way.I now understand that relationships aren’t just about conversation—they’re about respect, trust, and walking together.SALT has taught me that progress is not a solo journey—it comes through collective belief and collaboration.

And that is the greatest lesson SALT has given me.
