Situ Baraik, a 28-year-old ordinary young man from the Basa Line area of Bhatpara Tea Garden, has such deep love for his brother that he passed life's toughest test with a smile. In the SALT session, he shared his story, which brings tears to the eyes and touches the heart.

 Unwavering Brotherly Love

Imagine that painful night when Situ's elder brother's condition became so critical that his breaths seemed to stop. Fever, weakness, and unbearable pain turned the home into a place of mourning. But Situ didn't give up—he lifted his brother in his arms and rushed to the hospital in the dark of night.

Doctors' consultations for hours, carefully reading every report, implementing every advice—he did it all with devotion. Back home, his life revolved around his brother. From morning to evening, he never left his side—giving medicines on time, washing hands and feet, supporting him to the bathroom—his affection shone in every small-big task.

Nights spent awake counting his brother's breaths, placing a cool cloth on his forehead, praying "Brother, nothing should happen to you." Tiredness? Hunger? These words vanished from his dictionary. Family worries, financial hardship—he endured everything but never left his brother alone.

And today? A miracle happened! His brother is completely healthy. Strong build, glowing face, goes to work, and supports the entire family. Situ's service not only gave his brother new life but united the whole family. This story teaches—true love and dedication never go to waste. Young men like Situ are the real strength of society!

In the SALT session, when Situ Baraik was asked about his thoughts on the community, his eyes lit up. Taking a deep breath, he said, "The real meaning of community is not standing together in times of happiness, but standing together on the black horses of sorrow, pain, and hardship. Only then can we call it a true community."

Then, when asked to share such a moment, his voice trembled. He recounted that heart-wrenching time when his mother was battling a serious illness. Blood was urgently needed—every moment a fight with death. Mother lying in the hospital, worried family, time running out. But then a miracle! Community brothers united and extended help. Dozens stepped forward, giving blood from their veins to give mother new life. No relatives, just the immense love of the community—running around day and night, prayers, and support.

Even today, Situ's eyes well up remembering that moment. "That help still keeps me kind towards the community," he said. This story proves—a true community stands together in trouble, flowing more than blood. Young men like Situ remind us: We are all one family!
