"A New Journey for children Through SALT Conversation and art", SALT কনভারসেশন ও আর্টের মাধ্যমে শিশুদের নতুন পথচলা

In the Charbin Para community, a small art class has been organized for young children, which has gradually become a space of joy, dreams, and self-confidence for them. This art class is mainly designed for children who have completed their studies at our community school and have moved on to new schools, so that alongside their academic learning, they can also explore and express their creativity.The children participate in these classes with great enthusiasm and happiness. There is a spark of curiosity in their eyes, and through colors and drawings, they learn to express their emotions and thoughts. The art school is led by a young man from the Harijan community, who comes once a week to teach the children beautiful drawing and art techniques without any personal interest or expectation. His dedication has made this class not just a learning space, but a true source of inspiration for the children.To ensure convenience for everyone, the classes are usually held on Saturdays, so that the children’s regular studies are not disrupted and the teacher can also manage his time. Some children travel from faraway places with great interest just to attend this drawing class. Here, they do not only learn art—they find joy, build confidence, and discover their hidden talents. Positive change among people is possible through Salt Conversation. This art class stands as a living example of that belief. When a young man from the Harijan community comes forward to teach drawing to the children of Binpara without any expectation in return, it becomes more than just an educational activity—it turns into a powerful expression of humanity and solidarity. Salt helps us grow as better human beings, reshapes our mindset, and plays a vital role in transforming our personality and way of thinking.

চরবিন পাড়া কমিউনিটিতে ছোট ছোট ছেলে–মেয়েদের জন্য একটি ছোট্ট আর্ট ক্লাস আয়োজন করা হয়েছে, যা ধীরে ধীরে শিশুদের কাছে আনন্দ, স্বপ্ন আর আত্মবিশ্বাসের জায়গা হয়ে উঠেছে। এই আর্ট ক্লাসটি মূলত আমাদের কমিউনিটি স্কুল থেকে বেরিয়ে নতুন স্কুলে ভর্তি হওয়া শিশুদের নিয়ে গড়ে তোলা হয়েছে, যাতে তারা পড়াশোনার পাশাপাশি সৃজনশীলভাবে নিজেকে প্রকাশ করার সুযোগ পায়।এই ক্লাসে অংশ নেওয়া বাচ্চারা অত্যন্ত আগ্রহ ও আনন্দের সঙ্গে আঁকাআঁকি শেখে। তাদের চোখে থাকে নতুন কিছু শেখার উচ্ছ্বাস, আর রঙের ভেতর দিয়ে তারা নিজেদের অনুভূতি প্রকাশ করে। এই আর্ট স্কুলের শিক্ষক হলেন হরিজন কমিউনিটির একজন তরুণ যুবক, যিনি কোনো স্বার্থ ছাড়াই সপ্তাহে একদিন এসে শিশুদের আঁকাআঁকি শেখান। তাঁর এই নিরলস প্রচেষ্টা শিশুদের জন্য শুধু একটি ক্লাস নয়, বরং একটি অনুপ্রেরণার উৎস।সবার সুবিধার কথা ভেবে ক্লাসটি শনিবারে আয়োজন করা হয়, যাতে শিশুদের পড়াশোনায় ব্যাঘাত না ঘটে এবং শিক্ষকও সময় বের করতে পারেন। অনেক শিশু আছে যারা দূর দূরান্ত থেকে শুধুমাত্র এই ড্রয়িং ক্লাসে অংশ নেওয়ার জন্য আগ্রহ নিয়ে আসে। ক্লাসে এসে তারা শুধু আঁকা শেখে না, তারা আনন্দ পায়, সাহস পায়, আর নিজের ভেতরের প্রতিভাকে আবিষ্কার করার সুযোগ পায়। SALT Conversation-এর মাধ্যমে মানুষের মধ্যে ইতিবাচক পরিবর্তন আসবেই। এই আর্ট ক্লাস তারই একটি জীবন্ত উদাহরণ। হরিজন কমিউনিটির একজন যুবক যখন কোনো প্রত্যাশা ছাড়াই বিনপাড়ার শিশুদের আঁকাআঁকি শেখাতে এগিয়ে আসেন, তখন সেটি শুধুমাত্র একটি শিক্ষা কার্যক্রমে সীমাবদ্ধ থাকে না—তা হয়ে ওঠে মানবিকতার এক শক্তিশালী প্রকাশ। Salt আমাদের মানুষ হিসেবে গড়ে ওঠার পথ দেখায়, আমাদের চিন্তাধারা ও মন-মানসিকতায় পরিবর্তন আনে এবং একে অপরের পাশে দাঁড়ানোর শক্তি জোগায়।
