Group SALT Sparks Reflection and Unity in Bhatpara Tea Garden. On December 8, 2025, I'm Nityam Ghosh (Rural Aid Organisation) led a Group SALT session in Nichhe Line, Bhatpara Tea Garden, uniting adolescents, youth, and parents to revisit shared dreams and CLCP progress.

Session Highlights
Participants kicked off with introductions via "What do you like most at home?", fostering openness before recalling common dreams and mapping CLCP steps—emphasizing community ownership through cleaning drives and yoga with child clubs. This structure built momentum, revealing tangible actions like environmental initiatives that align with SALT's trust-building ethos.
GBV Reflections
A targeted discussion on "Why stay home?" surfaced family as a safe haven: peace, mutual care, parental guidance, and joyful bonds—contrasting external vulnerabilities amid GBV concerns. These insights underscore SALT's power in highlighting protective strengths, promoting emotional security without direct confrontation.
AER Insights
Reflections celebrated new learnings on CLCP and family bonds, plus renewed community ties after a hiatus—what went well included mutual inspiration. Improvements focused on schedules for broader attendance, male inclusion, and dream-specific planning, signaling maturing ownership.
