The SALT activity was conducted for all the staff in the Avani organization, but this year some new staff have come to the organization for jobs, so the SALT activity was organized once again to help them understand the SALT process and reflect. This time, the organization's president, Anuradha Bhosale, facilitated this salt activity. All the staff had just joined the office after the Diwali vacation, so to create an atmosphere Anuradha initially asked everyone, "Everyone officially had six days off during the Diwali festival. What was the best thing you did during this vacation? Or what did you like the most during this vacation?"
Everyone shared their experiences. Many had happy moments like spending time with family, going on family trips, preparing Diwali snacks together. Everyone shared their experiences. Two staff members also shared how their Diwali went sad because close relatives in their families had passed away. Everyone felt very free and happy.
Then Anuradha Madam explained the concept of salt an CLCP. After that, groups of two people were formed and they were asked to share a proud moment in their lives, each one shared their experiences. After this SALT activity, it was understood that we all work together every day, but there are some things in our hearts that are not shared. Everyone has a strength that is not shared. Through this SALT activity, they were able to share it here, so everyone appreciated each other.
When Anuradhaji asked how they enjoyed this activity, the staff said,
“It was great.”
“We were able to talk to each person intimately through salt.”
“We were able to share our experiences.”
Previously, many staff members of Avani had done SALT activity, so everyone has made some small changes in their personal lives and is also trying to apply SALT methods in the projects they work in the organization. Therefore, such staff were appreciated on this occasion. In this way, the SALT process was once again understood a new for three hours and reflection took place once again.
