On the 14th August 2025, the men’s group of Bhatpara Tea Garden, Niche Line area held a profound and heartfelt discussion on the topic of masculinity. The gathering aimed to explore why being a man matters, how masculinity shapes our lives, and the ways it can empower us while also creating challenges.

Embracing Personal Feelings and Societal Expectations

The conversation was open and honest, focusing on personal feelings, societal roles, and the often unspoken realities of what it means to be a man. Participants courageously shared their experiences and reflections.

1. How do you feel when you hear the word ‘man’ or ‘male’?
