Great reflection in group SALT.

গ্রুপ সল্টে দারুণ রিফ্লেকশন।

বুড়িগোয়ালিনি  প্রথম Group SALT (রনজিৎ এবং কৃষ্ণ) (ভুলু এবং সন্যাসি) (উজ্জ্বল এবং মনোরঞ্জন)  ছয় জনকে নিয়ে গ্রুপ সল্ট করি। প্রথমে দুজন দুজন করে আলোচনা করে, কিছুক্ষণ পর যে দু'জন কথা বলছিলো তাদের মধ্যে থেকে লোক হয়ে আবারও আলোচনা করে। এভাবে সবাই সবার সাথে ইনডিভিজুয়াল SALT complete করে।   সেখানে তারা তাদের গর্বের বিষয় এবং তাদের পেশা বিষয়ক কাজ নিয়ে আলোচনা করে প্রায় আধা ঘণ্টা।  তারপর তারা ছয়জন এবং আমরা তিনজন মিলে গোল হয়ে বসে সবার গর্ব এবং বাচ্চাদের বিষয়ে উদ্বেগ নিয়ে আলোচনা করি। সেখানে তারা তাদের কমিউনিটির মা বাবারা কাজে গেলে বাচ্চারা কি করবে? কোথায় থাকবে এবং খাবার পানির বিষয়ে উদ্বেগ প্রকাশ করে।  কারিগরি এবং কর্ম মুখী প্রশিক্ষণ এর বিষয়ে আলোচনা করে। বাধ সংস্কার, ঘর সংস্কার এরকম আরও অনেক টুকিটাকি বিষয় নিয়ে আলোচনা হয়।

রিফ্লেকশন :    Group SALT এ আলোচনা শেষে সবার কাছে রিফলেকশন জানতে চাইলে উনারা বলেন আমরা তো কখনও  এভাবে বসে এসব বিষয় নিয়ে আলোচনা করার সুযোগ পায়নি।  আজকে সবাই একসঙ্গে বসে আমাদের শক্তি এবং উদ্বেগ এর  বিষয় নিয়ে আলোচনা করতে পেরে আমাদের নিজেদের সম্পর্কে জানতে পেরেছি  এবং এভাবে কথা বলতে পেরে  খুবই ভালো লাগছে। আমাদের এমন একটা সুযোগ করে দেওয়ার জন্য ধারাকে ধন্যবাদ।

Great reflection in group SALT.

Burigoalini first Group SALT (Ranjit and Krishna) (Bhulu and Sanyasi) (Ujjwal and Manoranjan) We did a group SALT with six people. First, they discussed in pairs, after a while, the two who were talking got together and discussed again.In this way, everyone completes the Individual SALT with everyone else. There, they discuss their proudest moments and their professional work for about half an hour.Then the six of them and the three of us sat in a circle and discussed everyone's pride and concerns about the children. There they expressed concerns about what the children would do if the parents in their community went to work? Where they would stay and about food and water. Technical and job-oriented training is discussed. Dam renovation, house renovation and many other small issues are discussed.

Reflection: When asked for reflection after the discussion in Group SALT, they said that we have never had the opportunity to sit down and discuss these issues like this.It feels great to be able to sit together today and discuss our strengths and concerns, learn about ourselves, and talk like this. Thank you Dhara for giving us such an opportunity.

Rituu, 
The feelings of the community members have surprised me since Group SALT. Now, whenever there is any problem in the community, they are holding group meetings on their own. Then they call me. For example, since the cyclone "Shakti" was signaled, they have been meeting two or three times and two people's houses had more problems, they have fixed those two.
