Thanks Rituu! I think the organizations I featured on this post, "Small is Beautiful...Grants, That Is" are doing great work on this. They are not acting as facilitators per se, but rather unleash-ers of local leadership through providing responsive funding mechanisms.

Thanks Jennifer for this powerful video on role external facilitators can play in a community. You ended with need for warmth, care and love, how many projects include this element?

Please can you share an example where you find effective external facilitation of  local leadership in the community.

I hope I meet you one day...there is so much to learn.
