Michelle explains the priority of staff wellness
Michelle is the Manager of Cotlands Place of Safety for children at risk, in Cape Town, South Africa. Cotlands is a partner with AIDS Response, participating in the Care for Carers (CFC) programme. Michelle expalins the benefit of promoting self-care for the staff at Cotlands, who care for severely traumatised children on a daily basis.
