My work day did not begin standing in a circle with familiar friendly faces sharing "what the weather is like inside" as has been the ritual of the last few days. But apart from the circle and the friendly faces...I found myself going through this process as I sat in my Office.
What a great way to start your day! Identifying your "weather" helps you to acclimatise your mind for the day ahead, it also helps you to consciously change your weather conditions if you so desire.
Though the weather identified in me was hot and sunny (and my colleagues would tell you that this is not a good thing for me as I am a rain loving person); having stopped to identify it removes the internal barrier those challenges represent, now I can focus on the external barriers.
