সল্টের দ্বারা সাধারণ গৃহিণী থেকে আত্বনির্ভরশীল হয়ে তোলার গল্প। Salt transformed a housewife into a self-reliant woman.

প্রতিনিয়ত আমি কমিউনিটিতে সল্ট করি কিন্তু এবার যার সাথে সল্ট করতে গিয়ে আমি নিজেই উতসাহিত হয়ে পড়ি তিনি হচ্ছেন স্মৃতি বীন।স্মৃতিবীন এর সাথে কথা বলতে বলতে তার বেশ কিছু শক্তি  সম্পর্কে জানতে পেলাম। তা আমার কাছে খুবই ভালো লাগলো। স্মৃতির মনে অনেক স্বপ্ন কিন্তু তা প্রকাশ করার মানুষ পায় না।সে তার মনের কথা আমার সাথে শেয়ার করে।আমিও আমার মনের কথা তার সাথে শেয়ার করি।আমার কথা শুনে তার মনে আত্বনিভরশীল হয়ে ওঠার স্বপ্ন জাগে।কিন্তু সে তার পরিবারের বাধার জন্য কিছু করতে পারে না।তখন সে তার শ্বাশুড়ির বাধার কথা আমাকে জানায়।তখন আমি তার শ্বাশুড়ির সাথে সল্ট কনভারসেশন করি।তখন তার শ্বাশুড়ি আমার কথা শোনেন এবং আমাকে আশ্বাস দেন তার ছেলের সঙ্গে তিনি কথা বলবেন এবং তাকে রাজি করাবেন।এতে স্মৃতি খুব খুশি হয়।তার শ্বাশুড়ি স্মৃতির স্বামীর সঙ্গে কথা বলে তাকে রাজি করায়। তারপর স্মৃতি চিন্তা করে সে তার বাড়ির সামনে একটা মুদির দোকান দিবে যে কাজটি সে বাড়িতে বসে করতে পারবে। তখন তার পরিবার রাজি হয় এবং তাকে সাপোর্ট করে।তার পরিবারের সবাই মিলে একটা দোকানের ব্যবস্থা করে এবং অল্প পুঁজি দিয়ে দোকানের মালপএ তোলে ব্যবসা শুরু করে। এতে স্মৃতি কিছু টাকা লাভ হয়। সে আরও বড় স্বপ্ন দেখতে শুরু করে।তার পরিবারও অনেক খুশি । এখন স্মৃতি তার পরিবারের পাশে দাড়াতে পারে এবং তার সন্তানের কিছু চাহিদা পুরন করতে পারে।সল্ট কনভারসেশন করার কারনে স্মৃতি উৎসাহিত হয়। নিজে একজন সাধারন গৃহিণী থেকে আত্বনিভরশীল নারী হয়ে উঠেছে।

I always do SALT in the community, but this time the person I got excited about doing SALT with is Srity              Bin. While talking to Srity Bin, I learned about some of her strengths. I liked it very much. Srity  has many dreams in her mind but does not find people to express them. She shares her thoughts with me. I also share mine with her. After listening to me, her dream of becoming self-reliant arises in her mind. But she cannot do anything because of her family's obstacles. Then she tells me about her mother-in-law's obstacles. Then I have a SALT conversation with her mother-in-law. Then her mother-in-law listens to me and assures me that she will talk to her son and convince him. Srity is very happy about this. Her mother-in-law talks to Srity's husband and convinces him. Then Srity thinks that she will set up a grocery shop in front of her house, which she can do from home. Then her family agreed and supported her. Her family arranged a shop together and started a business by building a shop with a small capital. Srity earned some money from this. She started dreaming bigger dreams. Her family was also very happy. Now Srity can stand by her family and fulfill some of her children's needs. Srity is encouraged by doing SALT conversation. She has become a self-reliant woman from an ordinary housewife.
