Over the past month, UniCoN completed rounds of organizational self-assessment together with our team, guided closely by the GFC team. This was not just a technical exercise—it was a deep process of reflection, learning, and dreaming for the future. We explored our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats through a detailed SWOT analysis, trying to understand exactly where we stand as an organization at this moment.
But the process went far beyond identifying SWOT. It opened a door to envisioning a beautiful dream—a clear picture of where we want to see UniCoN in the next 10 years, supported by strong planning, strategic steps, and shared vision. With the guidance and encouragement of the GFC team, we realized that dreaming is important, but building the right foundation to achieve that dream is even more essential. Every step must be strong, collective, and built on teamwork. We must walk side by side.
For me, as a part of the organization, this assessment became a personal journey as much as a professional one. It felt like a long brainstorming session that pushed me to look inward—to see my capabilities, to recognize my weaknesses, and to understand how my contribution fits into UniCoN’s larger vision. In many ways, it has polished me personally and helped me grow.
When we dream of something meaningful, it is not just a dream—it becomes a part of our life. Throughout the process, GFC supported us from the macro level down to the tiniest details, helping us refine our vision and convert our dream into clear, achievable steps. These small but significant shifts are truly game-changing, and they bring immense happiness, satisfaction, and hope at the end of the day.
This journey reminded us that UniCoN is not just building programs—we are building a future together.
