My thoughts on SALT as beautiful BALLOONS

Hi everyone ! 

I just want to share my thoughts on SALT by indicating the SALT as a beautiful Balloon. The thought emerged or something stimulated me to think on it today when I was on the way home from the office, I  realized myself about the SALT as a pictures of Beautiful Balloons.  

Definitely, we all love and enjoy the different beautiful colors of balloons !

The reason behind sharing this thought, an example of SALT as a beautiful Balloon is that we all know initially before blowing into the beautiful balloon, the balloon has shapeless, no identity rather than flexibility unless and until we blow up the air inside it and it transforms into a beautiful colors balloon along with its own shapes.

Likewise, we as SALT facilitators sometime initially may face struggles to understand the SALT process. How to facilitate /approach the individual person for SALTs; as compared to struggling or effort to blow up air to a shapeless balloon by our own breath or sometimes we may fail to blow or may burst it unknowingly. 

Henceforth, we can blew the balloon; unless as a salt facilitators must be aware and conscious of its process, should not be judgmental to individuals, must be patient with calmness, increase listening skill for others and learn to handle the individual with love and warmth, support to identify their own strengths, inspire and appreciate them for good work/cause. 

When we follow these principles/steps, we will see the results of our struggles and efforts on salt without bursting as different beautiful colors of balloons ” The BALLOONS of HUMAN BEINGS”.
