"Enhance awareness about life insurance, encourage financial security to the people of Nepal through life insurance products and contribute to the nation’s development" is the vision of the IME Life insurance Company. This life insurance company was registered on October 2008 and have been providing life insurance service to all over the country since August 2010. The company has been providing it services to the local communities through its' branch offices. It has been fulfilling all the social, legal and cultural obligations on its services. Apart from its regular insurance services, it has been providing various social awareness programs for the beneficiaries. To exchange the lesson learned, review the progress and develop the new strategy, IME life organized a three days branch manager conference on 24-26th of January 2019 in Hotel Jungle Safari Saurha Chitwan. Chief Executive Officer Mr. Shree Chandra Bhatta welcomed to all the participants and highlighted program objectives and addressed the branch managers concerns. Likewise, Mr. Ashish Singh, the Assistant General Manager, reviewed the past six months progresses of the organization. All the branch managers shared their progresses, learnings, challenges and innovations.
IME life insurance has been promoting the knowledge and emotion-based marketing approaches by unleashing the positive potential of the staff members. To provide the best quality services with the updated knowledge, skill and information as well as develop the understanding capacity of the self and others' emotions by unleashing the potential of the staff members, a "motivation to change the action" program was conducted in Branch Manager Conference, on 26th of January 2019 in Hotel Jungle Safari Sauraha Chitwan. The program was conducted by Dr. RC Lamichhane, CEO of Eastern Research Institute of Positive Science (ERIPS).
The motivational programs highlighted on the personal thinking, emotion, action, being, belief system that determines the personal and professional performance. Every individual or organization has power to co-create the new realities and IME life and its' staff members can co-create new realities in the life insurance sector. The participants of the program have found that program has teach new skills to think outside the box to accomplish the work in creative ways.
IME has been promoting the positive and culture of appreciation as a part of the organizational culture. During the conference, it has awarded to the best performing branch managers who have achieved the target of the last six months.
