“Learning to Be a Good Human Being: Our SALT Experience”

लाउडस्पीकर टीम के साथ हम लोगों ने साल्ट को लेकर बातचीत किया सभी ने बहुत अच्छे से रिस्पांस दिया और अपना कीमती समय निकालकर हम लोगों से बातचीत किया उनके साथ हमारा बातचीत करना अच्छा रहा 

मेरा साल्ट लाउडस्पीकर के RJ पवन जी के साथ हुआ था उन्होंने बहुत अच्छे से बातचीत किया उन्होंने बताया कि कुछ समय की बात है जब मैं अपनी पढ़ाई को कर रहा था और मेरे मन में यह इच्छा थी कि पढ़ाई के संग संग में एक अच्छा इंसान भी बनूंगा और समय के दौरान वह दिल्ली में गए और उन्होंने वहां पर लाउडस्पीकर की एफएम से रिलेटेड ट्रेनिंग थी उन्होंने ली उसके बाद वहां पर कुछ समय तक काम करते रहे उसके बाद फिर वह गोरखपुर अपने घर में आ गए और फिर उनके फैमिली वाले उनसे बोलने लगे कि आप अपनी पढ़ाई पर ध्यान दो लेकिन उनके अंदर यह इच्छा थी कि मैं पढ़ाई करूंगा और लोगों की बातों को सुनूंगा और उनको मोटिवेशन भी करूंगा घर आने के बाद मेरे सारे कांटेक्ट सभी से खत्म हो गए थे मुझे फिर एक नई शुरुआत करनी थी नए तरीके से फिर मेरी मुलाकात सेफ सोसाइटी से हुई और फिर मैंने एक नई शुरुआत की और अभी मैं लाउडस्पीकर एफएम 90 में काम कर रहा हूं और मेरी पहचान बन रही है लोग मुझे जानने लगे हैं और इन चीजों को करते हुए मैं खुद की लाइफ में यह काम किया है कि मैं एक अच्छा इंसान बना हु जो लोगों की बातों को सुनता हु उनके दुखों को समझता और उनको तसल्ली दूं जो लोग डिप्रैस है उनको चीजों से निकाल सकूं और अभी मैं लाउडस्पीकर में काम करता हूं लेकिन मैं लोगों को मोटिवेशन भी देता हूं और लोग बहुत सारी चीजों को सीखते भी है मुझे यह पल याद करके अंदर से बहुत गर्व महसूस कर रहा हूं और मुझे एक खुशी हो रही है कि मैं इन चीजों को अचीव कर पाया हूं,

हम सब ने मिलकर उनके अच्छे से तारीफ की और हम लोगों ने काफी समय लेकर एक दूसरे को जाना और बातचीत किए मैंने उनसे सीखा है कि हम जो भी नौकरी करते हैं या काम करते हैं या हम पढ़ाई कर रहे हैं उसके साथ-साथ हमें एक अच्छा इंसान बनना बहुत जरूरी है कई बार पैसे होता है कि लोग पढ़ाई कर लेते हैं अच्छे पद भी पर पहुंच जाते हैं लेकिन वह एक अच्छा इंसान नहीं बन पाते हैं लेकिन मैंने उनसे बहुत चीजों को सीख पाए और अपनी लाइफ से रिलेट कर पाएंगे हमें भी एक अच्छा इंसान बनना है जो लोगों की बातों को हम समझे और हमें जितनी समझ पाये तो हमें उनको समझाएं ताकि वह अपनी ताकत को अपने जज्बे को समझ सके 

और हमने यह भी इनसे सीख की हम भी किसी से कम नहीं है अगर कोई पद में बड़ा है तो हमें अपने आदतों में बड़ा बनना है हमें लोगों को बातों से नहीं अपने कामों से उनको दिखाना है कि हम भी कुछ हैं कई बार ऐसा भी होता है कि लोग हमारा साथ छोड़ देते हैं उनको लगता है कि हम कुछ नहीं कर पाएंगे लेकिन मैंने उनसे यह सीखा है कि लोग चाहे कुछ भी बोले उनकी बातों पर हमें ध्यान नहीं देना है और हमें अपने कामों को करते हुए आगे बढ़ाना है और अपने काम को लगन और पूरी मेहनत के साथ उसे काम को करना है ताकि उन लोगों को हम अपने कामों के द्वारा जवाब दे सके 

बहुत अच्छा रहा उनके साथ बातचीत करना और मैं बहुत कुछ ऐसी सीखा है और आगे भी मैं यही सोचती हूं कि अगर मेरे सामने ऐसी स्थिति आती है तो मैं कभी भी पीछे नहीं हटूंगी लोग कुछ भी कहे में उनकी बातों पर ध्यान नहीं दूंगी और मैं एक अच्छा इंसान बनकर कामों के द्वारा मैं उनको जवाब दूंगी

उन्होंने हमें दोबारा बुलाया था क्योंकि वे सब साल्ट को दोबारा से करना चाहते थे और इसके दौरान खुद की लाइफ से कुछ सीखना चाहते थे

We had a very good discussion with the Loudspeaker team about SALT....

My conversation was with RJ Pawan from Loudspeaker. He spoke very kindly and shared his life journey with us. He told us that when he was studying, he always wanted not only to complete his education but also become a good human being. Later, he went to Delhi and took FM radio training related to Loudspeaker. After working there for some time, he returned to his home in Gorakhpur. His family asked him to focus only on studies, but he also wanted to listen to people, understand them, and motivate them.

After coming home, many of his contacts were lost and he had to start again from the beginning. Then he met Safe Society, which became a new start in his life. Today, he works at Loudspeaker FM 90 and people are slowly recognizing him. Through his work, he tries to be a good person who listens to others, understands their problems, comforts them, and helps people who are feeling depressed. Along with his job, he also motivates people and helps them learn many things. He feels proud and happy remembering how far he has come in life.

All of us appreciated him and spent a lot of time knowing each other and sharing experiences. I learned from him that whatever job we do or whatever we study, becoming a good human being is very important. Many people get good education and high positions but still fail to become good people. From him, I learned to understand others, listen to them, and help them realize their strength and confidence.

We also learned that we are not less than anyone. Even if someone has a bigger position, we should become better through our habits and behavior. We should show our value through our work, not just words. Sometimes people leave us or think we cannot achieve anything, but we should not listen to negative comments. We should continue working with dedication and hard work and let our success answer them.

Talking with him was a wonderful experience and I learned many important lessons. I believe that if I face difficult situations in the future, I will not step back. No matter what people say, I will focus on my work and become a good person through my actions.
