Jean-Louis Lamborary speaking about community to community transfer to students at VU, Amsterdam

Jean Louis Lamboray, Chair of the Constellation, was invited to speak to students of 'Community Health Interventions' at Vrije University, Amsterdam, in January, 2014.  He spoke about 'Transfer' as a strategy for spreading competence from community to community.

Merci Jean Louis for your sharing. During my masters in contemporary Indian History what drew me most were the non-violent movements led by Mahatama Gandhi for India's independence from British rule. This was from the period 1919-1947. There was no television or Internet or Facebook or what's app:-) So why do movements occur, why do people share? When does share become transfer? What do people share? I am glad to hear your inputs and if I do my Phd it will around this topic. Thanks for further stimulating me. 

Please could you elaborate on the relation you draw between appreciation and transfer ( the volume in the video dropped a bit at this point).
