Is FEEDBACK important?

Do you share ? Are you getting or giving feedback? 

Here's some of my thoughts on what I term as a very vital part of staying connected in our global community.

FEEDBACK, is a very important medium of TRANFERing  knowledge  and information. A small note in response to a writer makes them feel APPRECIATED and SUPPORTED, even in cases where there is nothing to add; just saying thank you goes a long way.

Feedback provides the writer with:

• knowledge of how he or she was received by their readers
• what the readers would have LEARNT
• the writer itself learns from the feedback received
• it STIMULATES and encourages the writer to stay engaged in the process and to continue on the wave of enthusiasm he or she may be riding at that time.

Thank you Mukesh, you got me thinking*_* what about feedback that is opposing , challenging or different from the views of the writer ?

thats very true. to add on the  feedback should be very precise and specific. citing both  positive aspect   &  as well lesson learnt .  .......................will definitely go a long way.
