#SALT is a process by which both the strengths and problems of people and society emerge. But in various cases it becomes difficult to make SALT with people. An example is the matter of talking with men. Because everyone thinks they will react a little differently. These have also been reported to have various problems. After these issues came to light, a training was organized for the male facilitators. And after the first session of this training we started to notice changes in ourselves and our work. And all the problems that had to be faced in the SALT field with the men also started to decrease slowly. The difficulties of understanding men and getting to know them and talking to them are also greatly reduced. It is not easy to do any kind of work in the community except for men. Because we live in a patriarchal society. On the other hand, if you want to do any work with men, it is done very easily and quickly. But everyone hesitates to salt with men. So I think we should continue this training to mix well with men.
