When I spoke to Nahar of Pechakola Community through SALT, she shared her dream, saying that she wants to educate her children and make their future beautiful. Let my children study well so that their future is good and beautiful.
She said that even though it is painful for me, I will try my best. I try so that my children do not lose any kind of future.

Her strengths: Strong morale, willpower, hardworking and responsible.

Her concern: She said that she is worried about the children of the community. I see that everyone from the young children to the elders of the community are addicted to mobile phones. Due to which the children are inattentive to their studies and are losing interest in other things.
They are spending unnecessary time on mobile phones without thinking about their future, due to which the future of the children of the community will be very backward. Due to which she is always worried about her children.

Action: She thinks that physical play stimulates the brain. Activities involving physical movement allow children to use their energy and provide opportunities to learn new things and socialize. This is very beneficial for a child's physical and mental health. She talks to the parents of the children in the community about these things so that they keep their children away from mobile phones and always make their children aware and always try to keep my children away from being addicted to mobile phones.

Observation: Her words reveal that she can deal with any problem in the community about the future of the children in the community and the future of her children.

Through my interactions with him, I learned that if we want to keep children in the community away from mobile phone addiction, there is no other alternative than playing sports.

মোবাইল ফোনের আসক্তি এড়িয়ে চলুন। || একটি ইন্ডিভিজুয়াল সল্ট কনভারসেশন প্রতিফলন।

পেঁচাকোলা‌ কমিউনিটি নাহার এর সাথে সল্ট এর মাধ্যমে কথোপকথন হলে তিনি তার স্বপ্নের কথা তুলে ধরেন,তিনি বলেন আমার বাচ্চাদের লেখাপড়া করে তাদের ভবিষ্যৎ সুন্দরময় করতে চাই। আমার ছেলেমেয়েরা ভালো করে পড়াশোনা করুক তাদের ভবিষ্যৎ যেন ভালো হয় এবং সুন্দর হয়।
তিনি বলেন সেটা আমার জন্য কষ্টদায়ক হলেও তবু আমি আপ্রাণ চেষ্টা করে যাবো। আমার বাচ্চাদের কোন ধরনের ভবিষ্যৎ নষ্ট না হয় সেভাবে আমি চেষ্টা করি।

তার যে শক্তি : দৃঢ় মনোবল, ইচ্ছাশক্তি ও পরিশ্রমী এবং দায়িত্বশীলতা।

তার উদ্বেগ: তিনি বলেন কমিউনিটির বাচ্চাদের নিয়ে আমি চিন্তিত থাকি আমি দেখি কমিউনিটির ছোট বাচ্চা থেকে শুরু করে বড় সকলেই মোবাইল ফোনে আসক্ত থাকে।যার ফলে বাচ্চারা লেখাপড়ায় অমনোযোগী হচ্ছে এবং অন্য কাজে ও আগ্রহ হারাচ্ছে। তাদের ভবিষ্যৎ চিন্তা না করে মোবাইল ফোনে অযথা সময় দিচ্ছে যার কারণে কমিউনিটির বাচ্চাদের ভবিষ্যৎ অনেকটাই পিছিয়ে থাকবে। যার ফলে তিনি তার বাচ্চাদের নিয়ে সবসময় চিন্তিত থাকেন।
এ্যাকশন: তিনি মনে করেন শারীরিক খেলাধুলা মস্তিষ্ককে উদ্দীপিত করে। শারীরিক নড়াচড়ার সাথে জড়িত কার্যকলাপ শিশুদের তাদের শক্তি ব্যবহার করতে দেয় এবং নতুন জিনিস শেখার এবং সামাজিকীকরণের সুযোগ দেয়। এটি একটি শিশুর শারীরিক ও মানসিক স্বাস্থ্যের জন্য অত্যন্ত উপকারী এই কথা গুলো নিয়ে কমিউনিটির বাচ্চাদের অভিভাবকের সাথে কথা বলেন যেন তারা তাদের বাচ্চাদের মোবাইল ফোন থেকে দূরে রাখে এবং সব সময় তাদের বাচ্চাদের সচেতন করে এবং আমার বাচ্চাদের সব সময় মোবাইল ফোনে আসক্ত হওয়া থেকে দূরে রাখা চেষ্টা করি।
অবজারভেশন: তার কথাতে প্রকাশ পায় যে কমিউনিটির বাচ্চাদের ভবিষ্যৎ নিয়ে ও তার বাচ্চাদের ভবিষ্যত নিয়ে কমিউনিটিতে যেকোনো সমস্যা মোকাবেলা করতে পারবেন।
তার সাথে সল্ট করার মাধ্যমে আমি শিখলাম যে, কমিউনিটিতে শিশুদের মোবাইল ফোনের আসক্তি থেকে দূরে রাখতে চাইলে তাদের খেলাধুলার বিকল্প অন্য কিছু নেই।
