The implementation of the SALT approach has brought about several positive changes among the people of the village. Whereas earlier the main topic of discussion at the meeting was worship and other village work, now there are discussions about village development, education of boys and girls, and dropout students. Parents are now interested in sending their children to school and are keeping an eye on their studies. The boys and girls of the village are taking the initiative to form a team and do good deeds, and the parents of young girls are now also interested in not marrying them off before the age of 18, so that they can study and do something for the village.  

These changes are largely due to the SALT approach, which creates opportunities for discussion and participation among village people.  

In short, the SALT approach has been instrumental in bringing about changes in the thinking and lifestyle of rural people.  

SALT পদ্ধতির প্রয়োগের ফলে গ্রামের মানুষের মধ্যে বেশ কিছু ইতিবাচক পরিবর্তন এসেছে। আগে যেখানে সভার মূল আলোচ্য বিষয় ছিল পূজা এবং অন্যান্য গ্রাম্য কাজ, এখন সেখানে গ্রামের উন্নয়ন, ছেলে-মেয়েদের পড়াশোনা, এবং ঝরে পড়া ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের নিয়ে আলোচনা হয়। অভিভাবকরা এখন সন্তানদের স্কুলে পাঠানোর ব্যাপারে আগ্রহী এবং তাদের পড়াশোনার দিকে নজর রাখছেন। গ্রামের ছেলে-মেয়েরা একটি দল তৈরি করে ভালো কাজ করার জন্য উদ্যোগী হচ্ছে এবং অল্প বয়সী মেয়েদের অভিভাবকরাও এখন তাদের ১৮ বছরের আগে বিয়ে না দেওয়ার ব্যাপারে আগ্রহী, যাতে তারা পড়াশোনা করে গ্রামের জন্য কিছু করতে পারে। 

 

এই পরিবর্তনগুলি মূলত SALT পদ্ধতির কারণে হয়েছে, যা গ্রামের মানুষের মধ্যে আলোচনা ও অংশগ্রহণের সুযোগ তৈরি করে। 

 

সংক্ষেপে, SALT পদ্ধতি গ্রামের মানুষের চিন্তা-ভাবনা এবং জীবনযাত্রায় পরিবর্তন আনতে সহায়ক হয়েছে।
