খেলায় খেলায় বন্ধুত্ব:

পেচাকোলা কমিউনিটির কিছু সচেতন মায়েদের নিয়ে গড়ে ওঠে জবা গ্রুপ। সল্টের মাধ্যমে এই গ্রুপের সদস্যদের ভাবনা চিন্তা ও উদ্যোগ ধীরে ধীরে একটি সুন্দর স্বপ্নের রূপ নেই। তাদের চিন্তাভাবনা শুধু কথার মধ্যেই সীমাবদ্ধ ছিল না, ছিল বাস্তব কিছু করার আন্তরিক চেষ্টা।
কমিউনিটির শিশুরা আগে যার যার মতো আলাদা আলাদা থাকত। অভিভাবকেরা নিজেদের দায়িত্ব পালন করলেও শিশুদের মধ্যে পারস্পরিক সম্পর্ক তেমন গড়ে উঠছিল না। এই বিষয়টি মায়েদের মনে ভাবনার জন্ম দেয়। তারা বুঝতে পারেন, এভাবে চলতে থাকলে ভবিষ্যতে শিশুদের মধ্যে আন্তরিকতা, সহমর্মিতা ও একসাথে বেড়ে ওঠার মানসিকতা তৈরি হবে না।

এই চিন্তা থেকেই জবা গ্রুপের মায়েরা একসাথে সিদ্ধান্ত নেন—সব অভিভাবক মিলে যদি কমিউনিটির শিশুদের একত্র করা যায়, তাদের উৎসাহ দেওয়া যায় এবং তাদের স্বপ্ন ও ইচ্ছাগুলোকে সমর্থন করা যায়, তাহলে শিশুদের সাহস বাড়বে, মানসিক বিকাশ হবে আরও সুন্দরভাবে।

এই ভাবনা বাস্তবায়নের জন্য জবা গ্রুপের সদস্যরা শিশুদের নিয়ে আনন্দময় বিভিন্ন খেলাধুলা আয়োজন করেন। এসব আয়োজন শুধু খেলার মধ্যেই সীমাবদ্ধ ছিল না। এর মাধ্যমে তৈরি হচ্ছিল একে অপরের প্রতি বন্ধন। অভিভাবকদের গভীর উৎসাহ আর ভালোবাসায় শিশুরা পেয়েছে নতুন আনন্দ, আত্মবিশ্বাস ও সাহস। শিশুদের উৎফুল্ল দেখে মনে হয়েছিল তাদের মধ্যে তৈরি হয় পাশে থাকার মনমানসিকতা।

শিশুদের হাসি-মাখা মুখ দেখলেই বোঝা যায়, এই উদ্যোগ কতটা অর্থবহ। এখানে স্পষ্ট হয়ে ওঠে একটি সত্য—একা একা কিছু করা বা বড় কোনো পরিবর্তন আনা সম্ভব নয়। যখন একজন আরেকজনের পাশে দাঁড়ায়, সবাই মিলেই যখন কোনো উদ্যোগ নেয়, তখনই পরিবর্তনের শুরু হয়।

জবা গ্রুপ এই উদ্যোগ একটি সুন্দর উদাহরণ।

The Joba Group was formed with some conscious mothers of the Pechakola community. Through Salt, the thoughts and initiatives of the members of this group gradually took the form of a beautiful dream. Their thoughts were not limited to words alone, but were a sincere attempt to do something real.
The children of the community used to be different from each other. Although the guardians were fulfilling their responsibilities, the relationship between the children was not developing much. This issue gave rise to thoughts in the minds of the mothers. They realized that if this continued, sincerity, sympathy and the mentality of growing together would not be developed among the children in the future.

From this thought, the mothers of the Jaba Group decided together - if all the guardians could bring the children of the community together, encourage them and support their dreams and desires, then the courage of the children would increase and their mental development would be more beautiful.
To implement this idea, the members of the Jaba Group organized various joyful games with the children. These events were not limited to games only. Through this, a bond was being formed with each other. With the deep encouragement and love of the guardians, the children gained new joy, confidence and courage. Seeing the children's excitement, it seemed that they were developing a sense of solidarity.

Seeing the smiling faces of the children, one can understand how meaningful this initiative is. One truth becomes clear here—it is not possible to do anything alone or bring about any big change. When one stands by each other, when everyone takes an initiative together, that is when change begins.

This initiative by Jawa Group is a beautiful example.
