I am a Rwandese single lady, working with the Rwandan Embassy in Dar es salaam since may 2007. before that I was very much involved in HIV advocacy for care, treatment, fight against stigma, fundraising, capacity building, etc. I was heading an organization called Rwanda network of people infected and affected by HIV.
My dream:
An HIV free generation!
I'm proud of:
the courage shown by infected people and how they cop with the desease, despite many challenges they are facing (poverty, stigma, etc)

We briefly met in Rwanda in January 2007 :-) I really love your idea of launching a facilitation team with diplomats. You can contact Luc (http://aidscompetence.ning.com/profile/LucBarriereConstantin) who is also a member of this community and I'm sure he keep you informed of the activities of the team in Dar-es-salaam! Clément is not yet a member but he is the country connector for the team (linked to GLIA). Do you know them?
