I'm proud of:
SVS has developed good management system for keeping informations regarding on going programs on daily basis. In the MIS it incorporates all the activities done budgated or non budageted with its objective, achieved out comes and learnings gained which is useful to apply next time with good acheivements. In the MIS it incorporates planning( Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual) and in each quarter it identified the gaps and develop next quarter plan incorporating the gaps identified. Reports for all the activities conducted kept with the registration copy of participants with photographs in seprate file. Daily Dairies are used by every workers in the organization on day to day basis. Regarding the field visit the movement register is used by all the worker for each movement in the field for program purpose. Weekly review meetings are conducted for the review of individual level progress as per the work plan and develop individual level work plan for the next week incorporating the left target could not acheived in the last week. Beside it Monthely, Quarterly and Annual review meetings are lead by the chair person. the reports contain preface, objective, agenda, Detail discussion, reactions of group, out puts and gained learning with follow up actions. Generaly the reports are received by the coordinators in the programs. All the staff are used the MIS and the system is monitor by the top management on monthaly and quarterly basis. the Organization's top management share the monitoring and evaluation result in the meetings and the written report submited to the head office BGSVS Bahraich for taking quick and immidiate actions upon thr same.
