Am basically development analyst, interested in livelihoods in rural areas and vulnerable groups.Currently focussed on Am working on skill development issues of school dropouts, post graduates in science, medicine and agriculture. Right now working on innovative practices in microfinance, initiatives to optimize utilization of local resources and knowledge for development interventions.
