I am interested in people. The way people feel, think and what they do interests me. People matter to me. I try to connect positively with everyone I meet. I am told I am creative, passionate, determined and caring. I try to put to good use everything I have in terms of knowledge and skills, to enable those I work alongside, to be the best they can and to improve lives and livelihoods. I am a positive psychologist with experience in education and health. I'm also an organisational strategist who loves new challenges and seeing people flourish and achieve.
My dream:
Is to co-create with others, a number of Positive Learning Centres (PLC's), starting in northern Uganda with colleagues from Reflective Learning-Uganda and their Director Shiphrah Mutungi. A Centre in a post-conflict context based upon enhancing community life by building strength through positivity, optimism, appreciation, greater resilience.
I'm proud of:
Proud of the way local people, workshop participants, leaders, and others, have taken the seeds of what I have been privileged to share with them, and have been able to make them blossom, in their own ways and to positive effect.

I'm interested to know if you also work with Non-Violent Communication?
It would be interesting to share about your experience with communities in Uganda. For instance, how does a positive attitude stimulate people to take action and change their life?
